Start or end your day with this (vegan) overnight high fibre chocolate pudding! It just takes 5 minutes of work the night before and you’re ready to go!
Ingredients (4-8 portions, depending on hunger and portion size):
90g ground flax seeds
2.5dl oat milk (or any kind of milk you like)
2-3 tablespoons of maple sirup
30g cacao powder
1 (ripe) banana
Preparation:
Mash the banana. Add all the other ingredients and mix until you obtain an even mixture. Let it rest for at least 3 hours or overnight – and enjoy!
Tipp: I serve it as breakfast it with banana and apple slices or as a dessert with a bit of whipped cream.
